Dean Hayes

Dean joined NDRW as a wastewater technical advisor in 2023. He worked with and for many different municipalities for many years. Dean was a licensed owner/operator with his father, doing underground infrastructure installations and septic systems. Dean and his wife live in Alexander and have three adult children and six grandkids. Dean enjoys golfing, darts, pool and watching his grandkids playing around on their farm.
