Keith Hegney

Keith is ND Rural Water's wastewater technical advisor for the western half of the state. He has been in this position since the spring of 2019. Keith has specifically been working with and for municipalities since 2013. Prior to his career as a public works director, Keith was a licensed owner/operator of his own company, doing underground infrastructure installations and carpentry since 1999. Keith loves to spend time fishing and relaxing with his friends and family, at his cabin on Buffalo Lodge Lake. He is an avid outdoorsman and takes great pride in watching, studying, and hunting wildlife. Keith has acquired many skills throughout the years, through life on the farm as a young child, to the technical experiences learned from assisting municipalities.
