TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Facilities Division of the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality will hold a public hearing to address proposed amendment to N.D. Admin. Code § 33.1-19-01-06 Fees for Certification at 10:00 am on Monday, July, 12 2021, at 2639 East Main Ave, Bismarck ND. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to increase certification fees from ten dollars per examination and five dollars per certificate renewal to fifty dollars per examination and twenty-five dollars per certificate renewal. The proposed amendment address(es) the increase of fees for examination and certificate renewal.
The proposed rules may be reviewed at the Department’s office located at 2639 East Main Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501, Environmental Training Center or on the Department’s website at: https://deq.nd.gov/PublicNotice.aspx .
