ND Rural Water Receives National Award
The National Rural Water Association (NRWA) presented State Rural Water Association Awards of Excellence on September 28, 2022, to deserving organizations across the United States at the 2022 WaterPro Conference, hosted in National Harbor, MD.
“The National Rural Water Association is stronger than ever because of our incredible state associations and the roles they play in providing high quality water and wastewater services to rural Americans,” said NRWA CEO, Matt Homes. “We are proud to recognize the organizations who went above and beyond the call of duty.”
NRWA is proud to recognize North Dakota Rural Water Systems Association with Outstanding Achievement in Technical Assistance. As stated in the award nomination letter, “The association’s on-site technical assistance staff have made it their mission to be available to assist utilities 24/7/365. They pride themselves on providing hands-on assistance as often as necessary. Technical Assistance staff are particularly adept at identifying & evaluating affordable solutions to water and wastewater problems in their state.” Congratulations to the staff at NDRWSA.
